Lea Rosenthal
Founder CEO of Rubika

My name is Lea, and I am the founder of Rubika, a project born from the fusion of the first names of my two children, Ruben and Jessica. This choice is not only a family tradition, but also a promise of success, because my children are at the heart of this adventure. My goal is to create an environment where we can improve, excel, and strengthen group cohesion through interactive and fun sessions, promoting both learning and teambuilding.

With nearly 20 years of experience in sales roles in the technology sector, I have supported many newcomers in their integration. As a mentor at heart, I like to facilitate others’ access to their environment, guiding them towards their personal and collective development.

For me, development, well-being, and team dynamics are essential values.

The coronavirus pandemic was a turning point for me, revealing the importance of learning continuity and maintaining cohesion, especially for my children.

In 2021, with these experiences, it seemed obvious to me to embark on entrepreneurship and propose an innovative approach that combines validation of acquired skills, learning, group cohesion, and teambuilding.

I am therefore delighted to participate in this Ed-Tech revolution, thus contributing to the future of Education and offering constructive social interactions!

That’s when I discovered the Learn-O concept and methodology, created in 2011 by Thierry Blondeau and Arnaud Simard. Their innovative vision resonated with my own aspirations. After a year of reflection, discussions and preparation, I decided to take the plunge.

In 2023, Rubika was born, marking the beginning of a new adventure dedicated to learning, group cohesion, and the development of a strong and motivating team dynamic.

A concept
“Made in France” !

The Learn-O concept was conceived and created in France in 2011. Its designers, Thierry Blondeau, an athlete and teacher at heart, met Arnaud Simar, a professor and lecturer in mathematics and an athlete specializing in ultratrail, in 2010 at the finish of a race. They became friends and came up with an innovative teaching method with multiple applications.

Learning by moving was their initial idea, a whole study based on neuroscience. Since 2010, the concept has evolved considerably; in the end, the concept is available for children, adults, and the elderly and/or those with reduced mobility. Since then, tens of thousands of children and adults have shown that the motivation of physical and fun exercise can have an impact on academic, professional or emotional learning in France and internationally.
