Rubika, through the unique Learn-O concept based on neuro-ergonomics, offers a set of dynamic, strategic and entertaining activities for adults, but also effective, engaging and fun learning solutions to develop and improve the skills of the youngest.

The challenges we see today lie in particular in commitment and development. In a company, when it comes to completing a project in the long term or achieving its objectives, the problem is commitment.

In the school environment, if we want to ensure the effectiveness of the transmission of knowledge, the problem is rather to maintain the motivation, attention and commitment of students, who can easily be distracted by their environment.

Learning while having fun, the power of an educational tool

Rubika offers innovative and friendly sessions, individual or collaborative, from the age of 3, and beyond up to 103 years old, which are based on the natural rhythms of children, adults and the elderly or disabled.

These sessions are based on a learning methodology in the form of a game, playful enough to keep participants engaged until the end, even in a state of flow.

Flow is a state of such well-being in achieving the objective that we lose track of time and space.

Multiple intelligences

The Learn-O concept used by Rubika is based on the theory of multiple intelligences. Our objective will therefore be to solicit the 8 intelligences of each participant, an innovative proposition compared to a traditional system where only 2 or 3 intelligences maximum are solicited.

Cognitive science shows that motivation forms the basis of quality learning and a greater ability to excel. The progress and success of each participant are directly derived from the desire with which they approach the task. The consolidation of learning is acquired during repetition. Learning is generated by the variety of educational situations proposed.
