Oprichter CEO van Rubika<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Mijn naam is L\u00e9a en ik ben de oprichter van Rubika, een project dat is ontstaan uit de fusie van de voornamen van mijn twee kinderen, Ruben en Jessica. Deze keuze is niet alleen een familietraditie, maar ook een belofte van succes, omdat mijn kinderen de kern vormen van dit avontuur. Mijn doel is om een omgeving te cre\u00ebren waarin we de groepscohesie kunnen verbeteren, excelleren en versterken door middel van interactieve en leuke sessies, waarbij zowel het leren als de teambuilding worden bevorderd.<\/p>\n

Met bijna 20 jaar ervaring in salesfuncties in de technologiesector heb ik veel nieuwkomers ondersteund bij hun integratie. Als mentor in hart en nieren faciliteer ik graag de toegang van anderen tot hun omgeving, en begeleid ik hen naar hun persoonlijke en collectieve ontwikkeling. <\/span><\/p>\n

De pandemie van het coronavirus was voor mij een keerpunt en onthulde het belang van de continu\u00efteit van het leren en het behouden van de cohesie, vooral voor mijn kinderen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Met deze ervaringen leek het mij in 2021 voor de hand liggend om te starten met ondernemerschap en een innovatieve aanpak aan te bieden die validatie van verworven kennis, leren, groepscohesie en teambuilding combineert. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ik ben verheugd om deel te nemen aan deze Ed-Tech-revolutie en zo bij te dragen aan de toekomst van het onderwijs en constructieve sociale interacties aan te bieden!<\/span><\/p>\n

Toen ontdekte ik het Learn-O-concept en de methodologie, gecre\u00eberd in 2011 door Thierry Blondeau en Arnaud Simard. Hun innovatieve visie resoneerde met mijn eigen ambities. Na een jaar van reflectie, discussies en voorbereiding besloot ik de sprong te wagen. <\/span><\/p>\n

In 2023 wordt Rubika geboren, wat het begin markeert van een nieuw avontuur gewijd aan leren, groepscohesie en de ontwikkeling van een solide en motiverende teamdynamiek.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het Learn-O-concept werd in 2011 in Frankrijk ontworpen en gecre\u00eberd. De ontwerpers, Thierry Blondeau, een sportman en leraar in hart en nieren, ontmoetten in 2010 Arnaud Simar, universitair hoofddocent en docent wiskunde en sportman gespecialiseerd in ultratrail, tijdens de finish van een race. <\/span>Ze worden vrienden en bedenken een innovatieve lesmethode met meerdere toepassingen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Leren door te bewegen was hun oorspronkelijke idee, een hele studie gebaseerd op neurowetenschappen. Sinds 2010 is het concept flink ge\u00ebvolueerd; uiteindelijk is het concept beschikbaar voor kinderen, volwassenen en ouderen en\/of mensen met beperkte mobiliteit. Sindsdien hebben tienduizenden kinderen en volwassenen aangetoond dat de motivatie van fysieke en leuke oefeningen een impact kan hebben op academisch, professioneel of emotioneel leren in Frankrijk en internationaal. <\/span><\/p>\n
